Radiata pine is a softwood. Its timber is creamy yellow, with distinct growth rings. Radiata Pine is used widely for furniture, wall or ceiling lining boards, plywood, particle board and general construction.
If Radiata pine is treated with preservatives it is suitable for a long life in the ground or outside in the garden. Radiata Pine works well with both hand and machine tools. Glues and finishes well.
